Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using SubLogic ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. License

SubLogic grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA).

3. Description of Service

SubLogic is a subscription tracking application that allows you to manually record and monitor your recurring payments. The App does not connect to your bank accounts or financial institutions. All data is entered manually by you and stored locally on your device.

All subscription data you enter is stored locally on your device. SubLogic does not have access to your data. You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

6. Disclaimer

SubLogic is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The App is a tracking tool only and does not provide financial advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any calculations, currency conversion rates, or payment reminders. You are responsible for verifying all payment amounts and dates with your service providers.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SubLogic and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, including but not limited to missed payments, incorrect data, or data loss.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
