Our Core Commitment
SubLogic is built on a single principle: your data belongs to you. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information to our servers. SubLogic has no servers. Everything you enter stays on your device.
What We Do Not Collect
- No bank account details or credentials
- No SMS or email access
- No location data
- No contact list or calendar access
- No names, email addresses, or personal identifiers
- No browsing or usage analytics sent to our servers
Data Stored on Your Device
All subscription data you enter (names, amounts, billing dates, notes) is stored locally on your iPhone using Apple's SwiftData framework. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly export it (CSV/PDF) and share it yourself.
Photos & Custom Icons
If you choose to set a custom photo as a subscription icon, SubLogic requests access to your photo library solely for that purpose. The selected image is stored locally on your device and is never uploaded anywhere.
Notifications
Payment reminders are scheduled locally on your device using Apple's UserNotifications framework. No notification content is sent to or processed by any external server.
In-App Purchases (SubLogic Premium)
SubLogic uses RevenueCat to manage in-app subscriptions. RevenueCat processes purchase receipts through Apple's StoreKit on your behalf. RevenueCat may collect an anonymous user identifier and purchase transaction data solely to validate and restore your subscription. This data is not linked to your real identity and is not used for advertising or tracking.

iCloud Sync (Premium Feature)
If you enable iCloud Sync, your subscription data is synced via your personal iCloud account using Apple's CloudKit. This data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy and is accessible only to you. SubLogic never has access to your iCloud data.
Face ID / Biometric Lock
The optional app lock uses Apple's LocalAuthentication framework. No biometric data is ever read or stored by SubLogic.
Children's Privacy
SubLogic is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
