Burhan Bisgin ("we," "our," or "us") operates the SomniART mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

1. Information We Collect

Text Prompts: When you use SomniART, you enter text descriptions ("prompts") to generate AI artwork. These prompts are sent to our third-party AI image generation service (Replicate) to create your images. We do not permanently store your prompts on our servers.

Generated Images: AI-generated images are stored locally on your device. We do not store copies of your generated images on our servers.

Purchase Information: If you purchase credits through in-app purchases, the transaction is processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store your payment information (credit card numbers, billing address, etc.). We receive confirmation of your purchase from Apple to deliver your credits.

Device Information: We may collect basic, non-identifying device information such as device type, operating system version, and app version for the purpose of improving app performance and compatibility.

3. Third-Party Services

SomniART uses the following third-party services:

Replicate: AI image generation API. Your text prompts are sent to Replicate's servers to generate images. Please review Replicate's Privacy Policy for more information.
RevenueCat: In-app purchase management. RevenueCat helps us manage subscriptions and credit purchases. Please review RevenueCat's Privacy Policy for more information.
Apple App Store: Payment processing for in-app purchases is handled by Apple.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your generated images and app data are stored locally on your device. We use industry-standard security measures to protect any data transmitted between the App and our third-party services, including HTTPS encryption for all network communications.

5. Data Retention

Since your data is primarily stored on your device, you have full control over it. You can delete your generated images and app data at any time by deleting images within the app or by uninstalling the App.

6. Children's Privacy

SomniART is rated 4+ and is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The App does not require account creation or personal information to use.

You have the right to:
