By downloading, installing, or using Gallery Swipe Pro ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Gallery Swipe Pro is a photo organization application that helps users manage their photo library through swipe gestures and smart filtering.

Use of the App

Permitted Use

You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes to organize your photo library.

Prohibited Use

You agree NOT to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Remove or modify any copyright notices
Use the App for any illegal purposes
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
Resell or redistribute the App

Subscriptions and Payments

Free Tier

100 swipes per week
Access to all basic features
Weekly limit resets every 7 days

Premium Subscription

Monthly: $3.99/month
Lifetime: $49.99 (one-time payment)
Unlimited swipes
All features unlocked

Payment Terms

All payments are processed through Apple's App Store
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before renewal
Manage subscriptions in your Apple ID settings
Lifetime purchases are non-recurring

Refunds

All refund requests are handled by Apple according to their refund policy. Contact Apple Support for refund inquiries.

User Responsibility

            ⚠️ Important: When you delete photos using Gallery Swipe Pro, they are moved to the Trash Bin first. However, once permanently deleted, recovery is not possible. Always review items in Trash before permanent deletion.
        

You are solely responsible for:

Backing up your photos before deletion
Reviewing items in Trash Bin before permanent deletion
Understanding that deleted photos cannot be recovered by us
Maintaining your device security and photo library access

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that:

The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
Defects will be corrected
The App is free of viruses or harmful components

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

Loss of photos or data
Direct, indirect, or consequential damages
Loss of profits or revenue
Errors or bugs in the App

Intellectual Property

Gallery Swipe Pro and all its contents, features, and functionality are owned by Burhan Bişgin and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Apple Requirements

This App is available through Apple's App Store and subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). In case of conflict between these Terms and Apple's EULA, Apple's EULA prevails.
