Gallery Swipe Pro is designed with privacy as a core principle:

We DO NOT collect your photos or videos
We DO NOT upload your media to any server
We DO NOT track your browsing or usage patterns
We DO NOT collect personal identification information
We DO NOT use analytics or tracking tools
We DO NOT share any data with third parties

Photo Library Access

Gallery Swipe Pro requests access to your photo library to provide its core functionality. This access is used exclusively to:

Display your photos and videos within the app
Move photos to trash when you swipe left
Apply smart filters (blur detection, file size analysis)

Important: All photo processing happens entirely on your device. No photos leave your device at any time.

Data Storage

The only data stored locally on your device includes:

App preferences (theme, onboarding completion)
Weekly swipe counter (for free tier limit)
List of photo IDs in trash bin
Premium subscription status (managed by Apple)

This data is stored locally using iOS UserDefaults and never leaves your device.

In-App Purchases

Premium subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store. We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status, but:

No payment information is accessible to us
Apple handles all payment processing
Only anonymous subscription status is shared with RevenueCat

Children's Privacy

Gallery Swipe Pro does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. The app is rated for general audiences (4+).

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date.
